The Ask
When I joined EY, one of my first projects was rebranding the company’s diversity, equity, and inclusion (DE&I) networks. Knowing how important these communities are to employees across the business, I wanted to create something memorable and meaningful. I developed a new logo identity for DE&I alongside a full branding suite that gave each network its own distinct and recognisable visual identity.
My Role
I was the senior designer on this project, meaning that I had a hand in every element of its creation. I developed all of the visuals as well as the motion pieces and concept. This began with the logo design, and then developing the entire visual world surrounding this. Working closely with the stakeholder and my design lead, I transformed the concept into a visual system.
